How these Forever statistics are collected

Public Forever character profiles refreshed in the 30 days preceding the snapshot, discovered from configured characters, guild rosters and guild links. This is a convenience sample, not total population or unique accounts. Only level 10+ profiles are included; unsuccessful optional requests are excluded from their denominators.

Profiles are deduplicated by region and character ID. Collection uses the official Blizzard API and follows known public guild rosters. There is no verified directory of every guild or player, so guild and character totals are not estimates of the whole game population.

Counts use profiles refreshed in the 30 days before the snapshot date; a refresh is not proof that a player was active that day. Profile refresh dates range from 6 Nov 2026, 14:36 UTC to 6 Nov 2026, 16:46 UTC. Optional requests have separate denominators; a failed request is never counted as a player with zero professions, talents or PvP activity.

New characters and media can be delayed in the API. Characters below level 10 are outside this dataset. Public API data can lag changes in the game. WoWStats.io is independent and is not endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

Data is collected directly from public Blizzard API profiles. Build a Forever talent setup or explore Retail Stats.
